photography
I learned the basics of photography during countless hours spent processing prints in the photo dark room of my high school in Colorado; sometimes ‘forgetting’ about my other classes. This was before the digital age took over the industry and changed everything.
With the advent of social media, smartphones with onboard cameras, and easy-to-use digital filter and editing applications, it seems that practically everybody these days will claim to be a photographer - to some degree. And who am I to say otherwise?
During my time in San Diego I grew fond of street and surf photography, and would often assist in creating portfolio content for local businesses and aspiring models. My natural social personality eventually resulted in doing event photography for Flak Productions, SDpix, and other local establishments for special events in the area.
