I’ve loved photography since high school when I was introduced to the dark room process. When I wasn’t in class I could usually be found there, processing the latest photos of my friends and surroundings. I found myself carrying around a camera wherever I went. I was that overly-curious guy taking pictures of just about everything. When shooting on traditional film, I usually insisted that it was black&white – mainly because I knew how to process it myself. I stayed away from digital photography for the first several years, convincing myself that I was a ‘purist’ in that sense. It wasn’t long before I eventually gave in to the great advantages that digital photography had to offer and I’ve been using digital DSLR’s for the last few years. I don’t consider myself a professional; but rather someone with a good eye for things and a passion for the art.
